Annual Dues of $44 per household per calendar year are payable by March
1 each year. Reminder post cards will be mailed to each household at least
30 days prior to the due date. If you aren't sure if you are up to date, call
the Lofton Woods Treasurer. Since 1998, dues have been mandatory and any past
due amounts are subject to interest and will be collected before the property
can be sold.

Newsletters will be distributed several times each year as needed to announce event dates, election results, seek nominations for board members and to relay other necessary information to members.
Garage Sale will be held each year on the second weekend in May: Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday is optional.
Board Member Requirements:
Member in good standing
Apply in writing at least 30 days prior to the election (form provided)
Serve a two-year term
May serve multiple terms
Attend bimonthly board meetings
Architectural Control Committee approves plans for exterior changes to houses and yards as provided in the Restrictive Covenants Section 5. This applies to things like room additions, fences, pools. Routine property maintenance, such as replacement doors, windows, gutters, roofs, siding, painting, do not need approval. However, you are welcome to have your maintenance plans reviewed by the committee if you choose. Click here for a form.
